It all began with the Buckminster Fuller geodesic domes back in 2019 when we purchased a property in the Heart of Cape Breton Highlands for a glamping-style campground. We purchased 23 kits from overseas and that’s when our journey began. We soon find out that they are maintenance intensive and they are aging too quickly, which makes them not sustainable. If a product ends up in a landfill within 10 years of purchasing it, you may as well call it garbage. This is where the innovative part of our journey kicks in. The time has come to say farewell to these imports and create new ones that will be sustainable, maintenance-free, insulated to Canadian standards, easy to maintain and long-lasting.
